The launch of hire purchase formula under the executive decree number 97-35 dated on 14 January 1997, has contributed to solve the problem of housing, where the citizens have the right to own their houses at the end of leas period and the payment of all their due portions, in spite of their modest and limited income, in this way the citizen and his family are more stable and secure, this is on the one hand, and on the other hand, this program contribute to solve the problem of unemployment, by creating more jobs after the sale of craft and professional premises within hire purchase formula, under the national estate supervision which sale them.
