Website names are a new concept, and a newborn legal idea, whose legal system has not yet been settled on a specific system, which leads to a dispute between them, due to the reason for the website names infringing trademarks.

in this regard, the state of conflict between marks and domain names is due to the latter's infringement of trademarks, and to settle disputes between marks and domain names, the scientific intellectual property organization has taken the initiative to propose appropriate solutions, forcing domain name registrants and trademark owners to accept the unified policy procedures for settling disputes, as well as restricting the trademark owner organization conditions that must be demonstrated in order to retrieve the domain name containing its trademark.
