In an effort to improve their performance, companies are increasingly leaning towards the adoption of a quality management system (QMS).
this article aims to identify the determinants of the QMS by degree of influence.
to this end, we have opted for the Micmac method applied to the quality management system of the company SPA general emballage-Algeria, and this during the first quarter of 2021.
it emerges that the driving variable is the organizational system.
it also turns out that the QMS studied is unstable.
its regulation will depend on a revaluation of the systems of animation and information and by the reinforcement of the role of the leadership.

Dans un souci d’amélioration de leurs performances, les entreprises penchent de plus en plus vers l'adoption d'un système de management de la qualité (SMQ).
cet article vise à recenser les déterminants du SMQ par degré d’influence.
a cet effet, nous avons opté pour la méthode micmac appliquée au système de management de la qualité de l’entreprise SPA général emballage-Algérie, et ce durant le premier trimestre 2021.
Il en ressort que la variable motrice est le système organisationnel.
Il s’avère également que le SMQ étudié est instable.
sa régulation dépendra d’une revalorisation des systèmes d’animation et d’information et par le renforcement du rôle du leadership.
