Arabic Abstract

لاقت سلاسل الكتل أو ما يسمى بتقنية البلوكشين اهتماما وصدا عالميا واسعا ملحوظا في السنوات الأخيرة، نظرا لكونها إحدى التقنيات المهمة التي تعد من مقومات الثورة الصناعية الرابعة والمساهمة في تغيير ملامح الاقتصاد العالمي.

تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى تسليط الضوء على تقنية البلوكشين في دول الخليج العربي، وذلك من خلال تحليل اتجاهات تطبيق أنظمة البلوكشين في دول الخليج مقارنة بالتوجهات الحالية في الدول الأخرى، من أجل التعرف على مدى مواكبة المؤسسات للتطورات والتغيرات الحديثة الناتجة عن تبني تقنية البلوكشين واستخدامها لتطوير آليات العمل وتقديم الخدمات في مختلف القطاعات الاقتصادية والحكومية في دول العالم.

English Abstract

Block chains, or the so-called block chain technology, have received widespread and remarkable global attention in recent years, given that they are one of the important technologies that are among the components of the fourth industrial revolution and contribute to changing the features of the global economy.

this research paper aims to shed light on the block chain technology in the Arab gulf countries, by analyzing the trends of applying block chain systems in the gulf countries compared to the current trends in other countries, in order to identify the extent to which institutions keep pace with recent developments and changes resulting from the adoption of block chain technology and its use to develop work mechanisms and provide services in various economic and governmental sectors in countries of the world.
