تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى توضيح أهمية إدراج الصكوك الوقفية في الاقتصاد الجزائري، و كيفية الاستفادة من التجربة النيوزيلاندية لتطوير الأوقاف في الجزائر، خاصة في ظل توجه النظام المالي الجزائري نحو تطبيقات المالية الإسلامية.
و باتباع المنهج الوصفي و التحليلي، و حصر الدراسة في الفترة الممتدة من سنة ۲۰۰۹م إلى غاية ۲۰۲۰م، تم التوصل إلى نتيجة أساسية مفادها أن استخدام صكوك الوقف في الجزائر باعتبارها وسيلة تمويلية و استثمارية، تؤدي إلى تعظيم دخول و منافع الأملاك الوقفية، بما يعزز من دورها المتعدد الأبعاد، خاصة ما تعلق منها بالدور التنموي الاقتصادي و الاجتماعي.
Abstract EN
This study aims at clarifying the importance of integrating Waqf Sukuks in the Algerian economy, and how to benefit from the New Zealand experience to develop endowments in Algeria, especially in light of the Algerian financial system's orientation towards Islamic financial applications.
by following the descriptive and analytical approach and limiting the study to the period from 2009 to 2020, a basic conclusion was reached that the use of Waqf Sukuks in Algeria as a financing and investment means leads to maximizing the income and benefits of endowments properties, thus enhancing their multi-dimensional role, especially that related to the economic and social development.

Cette étude vise à montrer l'importance d'intégrer les Sukuks Wakf dans l'économie algérienne, et comment bénéficier de l'expérience néo-zélandaise pour développer les biens Wakfs en Algérie, notamment à la lumière de l'orientation du système financier Algérien vers les applications de la finance islamique.
en suivant l'approche descriptive et analytique, et en limitant l'étude à la période de 2009 à 2020, une conclusion fondamentale a été tirée selon laquelle l'utilisation des Sukuks Wakf en Algérie comme moyen de financement et d'investissement, conduit à maximiser et développer les revenus et les bénéfices de la propriété de wakf, ce qui renforce son rôle multidimensionnel, notamment celui lié au développement économique et social.
