This study aims to shed light on the external roles that hinder the process of rebuilding the state in Libya, as Libya has become a region witnessing a proxy war in the context of a conflict of interests between various forces, and this will inevitably lead to prolonging the life of the crisis in view of the data generated by the political environment and security there.
