Modern medical progress has reached the possibility of treating some diseases and deformities in the human body organs by performing surgical operations that include replacing the damaged diseased organ by transferring and transplanting human organs, tissues and cells to a healthy organ so that its physiological functions continue to function regularly.

The Algerian legislator has succeeded to a large extent in framing these operations by enacting general and special legal controls under the Health Law as a protection for the sanctity of disposing of the human body by performing surgery to remove and transplant organs, tissues and cells in appropriate conditions that require protection of the physical safety of both parties, but the continuous development in the field of medicine requires stricter controls to protect and promote the health of individuals.
