Abstract AR
هدفت هذه البحث إلي معرفة مدى تأثير سياسات الإصلاح الاقتصادي علي بعض مؤشرات التنمية المستدامة في العراق وقد قسمت هذه الدراسة إلي جانبين جانب نظري يتضمن بعض أساسيات النظرية لكل من الإصلاح الاقتصادي و التنمية المستدامة في العراق للمدة (2020-1985)، أما جانب التطبيقي تمت صياغة نموذج الانحدار الذاتي للإبطاء الموزع (ARDL) للمدة (2020-2005)، وذلك باستخدام 9 Eviews، فضلا عن بيان أثر سياسات الإصلاح الاقتصادي على التنمية المستدامة، إذ توصلت الدراسة إلي أن عملية التنمية المستدامة تستدعي نموا اقتصاديا عبر تحسين معدلات الناتج المحلي الإجمالي و التي ينعكس على متوسط نصيب الفرد، فضلا عن وجود تكامل مشترك بين سياسات الإصلاح الاقتصادي و نصيب الفرد أي أن سياسات الإصلاح الاقتصادي تؤثر إيجابيا باتجاه زيادة نصيب الفرد من الناتج المحلي الإجمالي في العراق خلال مدة الدراسة، و اقترحت الدراسة إعداد خطط و برامج عند تصميم برامج الإصلاح الاقتصادي و تهيئة الظروف المناسبة و سرعة تنفيذها و تحديد الأولويات و السياسات بما يخدم الأهداف الاقتصادية و التنموية في بيئة متعدد التشوهات كالبيئة العراقية
Abstract EN
This research aimed to know the extent of the impact of economic reform policies on some indicators of sustainable development in Iraq.
Formulation of the Autoregressive Distributed Deceleration (ARDL) model for the period (2005-2020) using 9 Eviews, as well as a statement of the impact of economic reform policies on sustainable development.
on the average per capita share, in addition to the existence of a joint integration between economic reform policies and the per capita share, meaning that the economic reform policies positively affect the direction of increasing the per capita GDP in Iraq during the study period, and the study suggested preparing plans and programs when designing economic reform programs and creating appropriate conditions The speed of its implementation and the identification of priorities and policies to serve the economic and development goals in a multi-distortion environment such as the Iraqi environment.
