P13 The objective of this research is to demonstrate the multiple advantages that can be accessed through the contractual partnerhip option between the public and private sectors in the agricultural sector, as compared to the huge ressources that the country possesses to promote this sector.

In the light of this, the researcher tries to shed light on one of the concret models in order to apply the public-private contractual partnerhip system in the agricultural sector in the city of Mila in Algeria which is the SPA/ AGROLIVAL BELDI.

And its impressive results through the contractual partnerhip formula.

In this study, the researcher used the decriptive approache to present the data obtained from its primary and secondary sources, in addition to the analytical approach to interpret the data obtained from the management of the partnership project.

The interview was also used to collect the data and data of the study.

Finally, this study recommended the necessity to apply the contractual partnerhip method as soon as possible between the public and private sectors in, agricultural sector.

The researcher also observed in the field the importance of the results achieved thanks to the contractual partnership strategy.
