This research attempts to uncover one of the important tools in dealing with the comings in general and contemporary ones in particular, the most important of which is the process of doctrinal adaptation of the coming down, where the consideration of its concept and some concepts close to it, and its importance e, especially for those who address and lead the fatwa and address the issues of the dedescendant'sndividuals and groups, and then to indicate its most important origins and controls that should be tried in its implementation during its application to the houses and contemporary developments, and finally the inclusion of some applications and models of contemporary houses with a statement of the face of the realization of the mechanism of Doctrinal adaptation.

The research concluded that the role of doctrinal adaptation and the urgent need for it in contemporary situations due to various considerations, including the complexity of life and its rapid development, but the realization of the doctrinal adaptation requires it to start from its origins and then abide by its controls to protect the sides of sharia and to achieve the purposes of Sharia from establishing this sharia and then to achieve the interests of the servants in this world and the hereafter.
