Addressing feminism, intersexuality and its representations, our work falls within the perspective of a socio historical and mythocritical analysis.
Our corpus of research is Rhoulem or the Sex of the Angels by Algerian writer Fériel Assima, through which we will try to demonstrate how the feminine question is profiled through the myths of androgyny and hermaphroditism.
By deciphering the symbolism and use of the mythical by the writer, we will first try to highlight the values and vision of the writer th ro ugh the queer theory represented in the work.
Secondly, we will demonstrate how the protagonist's dual sexual configuration served the writer's feminist denunciation.

Abordant le féminisme, l'intersexualité et ses représentations, notre travail s'inscrit dans la perspective d'une analyse socio-historique et mythocritique.
Notre corpus de recherche est Rhoulem ou le sexe des anges de l'écrivaine algérienne Fériel Assima à travers lequel nous essayerons de démontrer comment la question féminine se profile à travers les mythes de l'androgynie et de l'hermaphrodisme.
En décryptant la symbolique et l'usage du mythique par l'écrivaine, nous essayerons en premier lieu de mettre en relief les valeurs et la vision de l'écrivaine par le biais de la théorie du queer représentées dans l'œuvre.
Nous allons en deuxième lieu, démontrer comment la double configuration sexuelle du protagoniste aura servis la dénonciation féministe de l'écrivaine.
