The objective of this proposal is to focus on reading at the primary level in order to seriously reflect on the inadequacies of access to the meaning of a text for learners, also to understand the difficulties relating to the context and the causes of the failure of the decryption to the incomprehension of a text, from where the learning to read should materialize.
To do this, we have chosen the pupils of the third year of primary education insofar as any quality education should necessarily start at the base, and especially when it comes to training learners capable of facing a changing world.
However, in order to achieve these objectives, the challenge today is to be able to train Algerian citizens capable of reading a text correctly and understanding it.
Hence the importance of having recourse to a field survey of teachers for, on the one hand, knowing the reality in the field and teaching practices and, on the other hand, finding theoretical perspectives with a view to improving the quality of teaching.

L'objectif de cette proposition est de mettre l'accent sur la lecture au primaire afin de réfléchir sérieusement sur les insuffisances à l'accès au sens d'un texte chez les apprenants, aussi comprendre les difficultés relatives au contexte et les causes de l'échec du déchiffrement à l'incompréhension d'un texte, d'où l'apprentissage de la lecture devrait se concrétiser.
Pour ce faire, nous avons choisi les élèves de troisième année primaire dans la mesure que tout enseignement de qualité devrait nécessairement commencer par la base, et surtout lorsqu'il s'agit de former des apprenants capables d'affronter un monde en devenir.
Cependant, pour pouvoir atteindre ces objectifs, l'enjeu est aujourd'hui, de pouvoir être en mesure de former des citoyens algériens capables de lire correctement un texte et le comprendre.
D'où l'importance de recourir à une enquête de terrain auprès des enseignants pour d'une part, connaître la réalité du terrain et les pratiques enseignantes et d'autre part, trouver des perspectives théoriques en vue d'améliorer la qualité de l'enseignement-apprentissage de la lecture car l'enseignant de FLE se veut un médiateur Son rôle est de susciter la curiosité de l'apprenant et le rendre autonome.
