The issue of mercy and love is one of the most important topics dealt with by religious thought in general and mystical mystic thought in particular, and this importance is due to the great role of these merciful concepts and values in consolidating the highest religious and human meanings.

Without it, man is one of the beasts, and even strayed from the path of them, for by divine mercy he found existence, and by divine mercy and kindness, all beings were merciful, so the beast was kind to its child, and the father yearned for his child.

The main problem of this research revolves around: - How did Ibn Arabi view the concepts of mercy and love? Is it a view compatible with the religious view (jurisprudence)? Or did he put it in a philosophical and mystical form? This article focused on two main dimensions: The first dimension is related to mystical mysticism.

Where we dealt with the concept of mercy and its relationship to God, existence and man through what Ibn Arabi called “the sacred effusion and the most sacred effusion.” The second dimension is related to the philosophy of religion and morals, where we dealt with the concept of mercy and love and its relationship to other value concepts "such as humanity, justice, and charity."...
