hence, the problem of the study came to search for the reality of the use and application of technological wealth in university education.

in the context of creating theoretical and methodological capabilities that allow for the achievement of a successful and effective teaching-learning act, we will try in this paper to present the computer as a new educational tool that can be used in light of the Corona pandemic on the one hand, and on the other hand in creating fields of expertise for learners and in completing and completing the educational-learning process.
