Culture describing a common structure for a group of individuals under the so-called society, and within the psychology of superiority, societies work, no matter how developed or backward in relation to others, to preserve the basic structures of their culture - for their privacy -.

All these societies belong to the same international community - the totalitarian society - on the other hand, as a basic epistemological and analytical condition of the situation of Algerian society between the cultural separations formed for it locally, in return for its involvement within totalitarian society.

, social transformation is this urgent condition for analyzing the duality of cultural separations and shared values.

My main question: is there a conflict between the cultural separations of local social formation in Algerian society and shared values?
