This paper examines the relationship of the Algerian public television media to the local cultural heritage, by examining the contents related to the various aspects and elements of this heritage, which it attempts to highlight through time spaces and programmatic paragraphs.

Our selection was made after following the program network of the Algerian TV with its various channels on the “My Country heritage” program, which is a program 100% dedicated to the Algerian cultural heritage.

The four (east, west, north, south, center).

Thus, the main question was "What are the representations and aspirations of Algerian public television through the "My Country's Heritage" program for the components of the local cultural heritage?
