The subject of this article entitled “History of Epidemics and the World Health Organization (LOMS)” deals with a historical approach that stems from the concomitant suffering of man from ancient times from deadly epidemics.
The necessity has necessitated the existence of a global international body (LOMS) that prioritizes its strategies the horizon of preventive medicine and health security as a right Of the human life rights, to avoid the danger of annihilation
