The tax administration is concerned with the application and implementation of tax laws to the fullest extent, in order to protect the rights of both the public treasury and the taxpayer.

The study included two axes, the first included the concept of the tax system and its management, while the study sample included the application of tax administration in Sudan and concluded with results and recommendations
