Abstract EN

This study aims to clarify the mechanisms of control in the economic field and the application of these mechanisms in the field of public procurement in light of Presidential Decree 15-247.

Accordingly, the study discussed the concept of economic control and its mechanisms and bodies assigned to, as well as the characteristics of this newly created authority and the control mechanisms assigned to it.

This study concluded that the mechanisms granted to this authority were shrouded in ambiguity and shortcomings due to the failure to issue an executive decree that defines its organization and modalities of its functioning.
