Abstract EN

First of all our study aimed to knows the performance of the University's teachers inside the Social and Huma, Sciences following skills like planning and implementing lessons, in addition to that, this study was used a Descriptive approach to knows the subject, however , this study have used the the questionnaire consists of45 item distributed by skill planning , and skill planning 25 item in order to know how teachers taught , or the way of the teachers.

Secondly, we gave the questionnaire to the 30 teachers from the Social and Human Sciences , some of them are Permanent unlike the others they are Temporary teachers , also , those teachers they are having a various qualifications .

Finaly , our study concluded by there are differences between the quality of the teachers teachers of the Eloued's University in the skills of planning and implementation of the variables of the qualification and experiences of work.

But generally the teacher inside the University He/She have an acceptable level of the quality standards in the teaching process, what is required that the administrations should organize Training courses for teachers on a regular basis to strengthen the formative action.
