Illegal immigration is considered one of the problems whose danger is greater because of the implications that it imparts to the emergence of many diseased phenomena, and due to the dangerosity and complexity of the phenomenon of illegal immigration, all disciplines have taken the initiative to study it as a field that transcends many disciplines, any yet the phenoma has been considered seriously in many arabic countries, especially from the theoretical side, and this field has become so complex that it is impossible to deepen into its study without paying attention to its theoretical framework.
