Abstract EN

In this article, we talk about the characteristics of the romantic school of the writer Muhammad Deeb by analyzing the play “ spring fiancée”.

Emphasis was placed on the basic elements of dramatic writing and how the writer dealt with them.

We also show the most important features of the romantic school in the writer's text.

This article is shedding light on a theatrical text that has not been critically treated before.

Because the play “ spring fiancée, ” which was published in Al-Thaqafa magazine in 2008, we did not find any analytical or critical articles that did it justice.

Where we wanted, through the article, to clarify some of the characteristics that distinguished the play, and we also mentioned some of the mistakes that the writer made.

The play The Fiancée of Spring, despite the lack of studies on it, remains one of the most important works written by the writer Mohamed Deeb.
