Abstract EN

This study aims to put one of the main components of drama under the spotlight, which is Scenography.

This last is considered as a newly emerged art of directing.

It is seen as the aesthetic visual translation of the theatrical speech for what it has many characteristics and uses that add special beauty and elegance that makes the performance unique from any other performed arts, which is achieved through exploiting its main elements (costumes, decoration, accessories, sound effects…) through the director’s eyes and the role of the Scenographer in designing the display in addition to what this last requires -the theatrical display- to come out with a harmonic performance that strongly attracts the attention of the the spectators and excites their aesthetic taste.:
