This research aims to monitor the intentions of orientalists in Algeria through their artworks that penetrated the country and penetrated its depths, renewing its views and transforming the analysis of its minute details in the plastic painting into a historical record excavated, not free of poetic, ecstasy, elevation, and glorification.

It also provided the French colonialism with all studies and details with the aim of changing the image of North Africa, appropriately to the cultural and social needs of colonialism and destroying Algerian culture, Islamic religion and national identity; All with a new and creative plastic discourse, especially in terms of color, lighting and movement, it relied on warm colors and the use of red, yellow and brown colors with varying color range.
