The study aims to reveal the importance of early intervention in the acquisition of the skills of adaptive behavior by the autistic child, where the scale of adaptive behavior skills of Hassan Abdel Moneim Mohamed (2016) was applied to a purposive sample of fifty children diagnosed with ASD from the centers located in the Sidi Bel Abbas city.

Results: Adaptive behavior is high for autistic children with early intervention.

- There are no differences between males and females in acquiring adaptive behavior skills.

- Differences in favour of older autistic children as a result of longer-term insurance.
