the research aims to statement of the content of this service in the Algerian legislation, and detailing the conditions necessary for compliance with it.

in addition, indication of the mandatory degree of each of these conditions.

among the most important results of the research is that the commitment to after-sales service has several conditions ; some of it relates to the commodity, some of it relates to the contracting parties, and some of it relates to the period time.

in addition, all conditions are logical reasonable, and consistent with commercial custom, and aim to achieve consumer protection.
