The modern theory of el Khalil represents an extension of the theory of authentic Arabic grammar through which Abdul Rahman al-Haj Saleh tried to revive the traditional scientific term towards a new way of linguistic terminology and the rooting of Arabic linguistics.

the ancient Arabic linguistic heritage has its cognitive, methodological and productive creative value, so the awareness of this value should be strengthened in relation to the other (western theories) with scientific evidence and an illustrative objective comparison.

thus, (code and usage) are one of the basic terms on which the rest of the concepts of Khalili theory are based, which is the backbone of any language, the entry to an accurate and authentic reading of the Arabic linguistic heritage, and the procedural tool to adjust the term and translate it.
