The ministry of higher education and scientific research, in partnership with the ministry of labor, employment and social security, circulated the establishment of the entrepreneurship house in higher education institutions, which amounted to 57, in order to stimulate the entrepreneurial spirit of researchers and students through activities programs that seek to spread and cultivate the entrepreneurial culture.

many school days and pedagogical activities were organized, such as the summer and spring universities of the entrepreneurial house, which resulted in many students launching their own projects, which succeeded to varying degrees.

through the current study, we will try to propose a mechanism for the work of this role in order to increase the achievement of its objectives and effectiveness by accompanying university youth to transform their ideas into creative projects of wealth.
