We seek, through this study, to reveal the content of archival documents represented in correspondence and reports between the leadership of the French army and political officials regarding the French prisoners detained of the National Liberation Army, during the period between 1956/1960, with this we can identify the circumstances of their detention, and their fate As well as the attempts of the French to liberate them and the pressure exerted by the prisoners' parents on their government in order to reach a solution that preserves the lives of their children, then how the revolution dealt with this file, and the most important results achieved by by exploiting the prisoners' file as a pressure card on the French government
