تدل المصادر المهتمة بتعريف محمد المكي البطاوري على اهتمامه الكبير بمؤلفات الحديث النبوي عموما، و بموطأ الإمام مالك خصوصا، و في ذلك دليل قوي على إبطال الرأي الذي يزعم أصحابه أن فقهاء المالكية لم يهتموا بالحديث النبوي تأليف و دراسة و تدريسا و استدلالا.
Abstract EN
The source interested in definingMohamed Al-Makki Al-Btawri indicate his great interest in the books of the Prophet’s hadith in general, and the Muwatta al-Imam Malik in particular, and this is evidence of the invalidation of the opinion that his companions claim that the Maliki jurists did not care about the Prophet’s hadith in terms of authorship, study, teaching and reasoning.
