Due to the abnormal spread of some non-traditional crimes, which extended to persons with responsibilities in administrative and economic organization at the international and national levels, the international legislative machine intervened in order to reach a solution to reduce the phenomenon of corruption, and thus approved some special methods of research and investigation, and that these methods were dangerous to the private lives of individuals.

by giving priority to the public interest over private interest, the countries affiliated with the united nations have incorporated these special methods into their internal legislation, including Algeria, in order to eliminate corruption crimes in all its forms.
