Abstract EN

This study is concerned with analyzing the reality of renewable energies in the world of its various types, solar energy, hydroelectricity, wind, biomass, with an exposure to the Moroccan experience in the field of solar energy as a successful model in the region.

The study found that renewable energy in Morocco constitutes about 1/5 of the country's electrical energy, which canceled some of the support that was directed at fossil fuels, despite this success that Morocco faces a number of challenges that greatly affected its work, financing, and the future of its implementation.
