This study aims to know the level of quality of health services in the public hospital "Mohamed Boudiaf" in the Wilayat of Bouira, Toachievethe objectives of the study, the questionnaire was used as a data collection tool from a sample of 126 patients present in various health services, and it was processed using the SPSS program, and the researcher also adopted the descriptive analytical approach.

The most important results of the research were that there is a high level for each of the dimensions: reliability, response, tangibility, confidence and sympathy in the public hospital establishment, and therefore the high level of quality of health services for the establishment under study, and in order to further raise this level and ensure its continuous improvement, we have formulated a set of recommendations and suggestions.
