Abstract EN

This research aims to examine the relationship that combines the principles of the ISO 9001 Standard and financial and non-financial performance in (SMEs).

research approach is quantitative and Semi-empirical.

Our questionnaire was managed with a sample of (SMEs) in the state of M'sila as practical case.

While, we used correlation analyze to test the relationship between research concepts through the program SPSS.

In light of our findings, the principles of the ISO 9001 standard (2008) such as leadership, improvement, process approach, customer focus, and Workers' participation has a positive relationship with non-financial performance.

While, found that principles as a process approach and customer focus are also positively associated with financial performance.
