إ ن إصلاح وإعادة هيكلة المنظمات العامة فرضت على الدول تطوير آليات جديدة في مجال التسيير وفي الجوانب التنظيمية، فحركة هذا الإصلاح عرفت باسم التسيير العمومي الجديد.

This paper aims to address the issue of the new public mining (NPM) in terms of its requirements for its application in Algeria.
the reform and restructuring of public organizations forced states to develop new mechanisms in the field of management as well as in the organizational aspects.
the movement for this reform was known as the new public management.
