The phenomenon of environmental displacement is one of the most pressing problems facing the International community at the present time, where millions of people are forced to leave their places of residence for the reasons of the hierarchy of the environment, the climate change, natural disasters.

Despite this, phenomenon has not received the necessary attention, and what has made matters more complicated is the ence of a unified legal term for this category of environmentally friendly mobile devices, this causes the ence of an international legal status, which guarantees them legal protection in international conventions and treaties.
