Abstract EN

Technology nowadays has controlled all fields, even elections couldn't escape its impact, Which contributed to the creation of a new type of voting called electronic voting, many countries in the world have adopted this new form because of its integrity, transparency and impartiality compared to the traditional voting system.

We will study hereby, the definition of this new concept of voting, its assessments, the identification of its various structures, and explore the opportunities for its execution in Algeria, we will specify the mechanisms of its application, and determine the role of the national independent election authorities in this new approach.
