The circular economy CE is considered a distinct and innovative economic model, which aims to eliminate the defects of the linear economy.

the study shed light on the roles of CE in achieving sustainable development by addressing the important economic and environmental contributions of CE by transforming waste from l burden into an economic resource that can create added value and reduce the risks that waste poses to the health and sustainability of societies.

the study concluded that CE has the potential to eliminate the defects of a linear economy based on resource extraction to manufacture products that are disposed of by throwing them into nature, which pose a threat to the environment and humans, through recycling and use of waste, creating economic opportunities and reducing the depletion of resources and the environmental risks resulting from the increase in waste.
