Abstract EN

The purpose of this study is to give an insight on the reality of control management system within the Algerian local authorities through a role diagnosis of the principal agents involved in this system and attaining its goal of piloting performance.

this study conducted us to some results main of it, is the absence of concept understanding of control management as an integrated system to pilot the performance in the Algerian local authorities and an independent system in itself.

this later is limited to a set of dispersed practices, which restricts its ability to achieve its goals for which it can exist; hence, the necessity to work on the independence of this system is required.
