Abstract EN

The aim of this research is to measure organizational culture and explore the concept of the organizational culture gap at the level of Algerian hotel establishments.

in particular, 120 workers from five hotels of a private and public nature were within the limits of the study.

the OCAI culture assessment tool was used to determine three steps: measuring the current organizational culture, measuring the preferred and desirable organizational culture, and diagnosing the organizational culture gap.

in this paper or the results of the OCAI tool, the owners of Algerian hotels determine the current culture and the preferred culture that should be in the next five years.
