The topic of functional spirituality and happiness was considered one of the modern topics within the sciences of social behavior, especially within the current time, considering that work procedures and job performance differed due to the current circumstance of the spread of the disease (Covid19), and some of the teachers moved away from the environment of real and actual teaching and direct link to teaching and performing tasks through (online) and contact with students by means of electronic communication, which caused the teacher to lose the spirituality of his job, and the happiness that he had to do the work required of him, hence the idea of research and carrying out the study according to the address that was made Determining it, and considering the University of Duhok as the study community and choosing a sample of the colleges represented by the humanitarian colleges, as the questionnaire was distributed to a sample of the teaching staff in the humanitarian colleges, as the number of the distributed questionnaire reached (60) forms, and the problem of searching for how to create a climate of functional spirituality was formulated.

it can contribute to the success of the feelings of happiness among the teachers through the work atmosphere, which in turn is considered one of the main incentives for internal and external competition, and for the answer to the problem of study.

a group of hypotheses were put in charge of it, is there a correlation and effect between functional spirituality and indicators of job happiness, and through the study and research, a set of conclusions were reached, the most important of which was, that there is a moral correlation and a moral effect between the chosen study dimensions within the faculties of the study sample which indicated that career spirituality is very important to achieve feelings of functional happiness.
