Considerations involved in the judge's conviction during the determination of compensation Compensation is the primary objective sought by the victim as a result of the attack he has undergone, either material or moral, especially moral damage, regarded as the most severe of any kind of damage, the concept of obstruction is based on the principle of removing the harm done to others, by compensating them in accordance with legally defined conditions and criteria; depending on these conditions, we have divided this research into two sections: the first section we will provide a definition of the compensation, and the second section will deal with the authority of the judge in assessing compensation.
