Abstract EN

Most of the international covenants related to human rights have stipulated the freedom of expression of opinion in various ways and by various means, such as peaceful gatherings that aim to demonstrate an expression of their opinion on a certain topic, whether this topic affects human rights and fundamental freedoms, or affects the daily life of individuals.

the expression of opinion in peaceful assemblies is by raising slogans about the demands that individuals aim to reach through these gatherings.

from this standpoint, this study seeks to define the constitutional and legal guarantees framed for the freedom of peaceful assembly and demonstration, and to monitor the deficiency that lies above.

this is in order to propose valuable amendments whose actions would support the downfall of the state of right and law in our country.

in addition, the Moroccan legislator has tried to establish this right based on what is stipulated in these international conventions and charters, which Morocco has ratified, as successive constitutions and legislations have included the stipulation of this right.
