in addition to the legal framework, the regulatory framework has made it possible to establish modern public measures based on effectiveness and efficiency, particularly by enriching the data associated with the implementation of financial laws and the impact of public maintenance in terms of socio-economic effectiveness, quality of service and efficiency.

to this end, the liquidation bill on the implementation of the finance act is attached to the annual report on performance efficiency, along with other reports and documents that crystallize the linking of public spending to results and help to raise the level of debate on liquidation laws and hold public policies accountable.
