The Legend was a source of inspiration for many poets and writers from the ancient literature ages and still continue until these days.

Samih Al- Qasim one of the poets who inspired the legend in his poetry and employed it to fit in with his humanity, poetic and struggling vision.

In this research, we will focus on employing The Greek Legend and its inspiration in Samih Al-Qasim poetry, which aiming to reach to its symbolic and semantic dimensions, and to reveal the aesthetic connotations.
