The study aimed to identify the Administrative patrons of the Khalifa Abdulallah El Taishee through studying his bibliography and identifying the judicial, monetary and administrative systems that he ran the Mahdi State in Sudan.

the researcher adopted the descriptive historical analytical and the descriptive analytical methods, the study achieved a number of results most notable are the administrative character of KhalifaAbdulallah El Taishee featured with extreme cautious so tricks cannot go around him, the study recommend to work on preparing administrative leaders on the morals of justice and fairness, and not to take one side, and leaders that what they say is followed.
