Abstract EN

This work seeks to monitor the effects of the Sahara War on Mauritania's relations with the Maghreb States, in an attempt to track the course of those relations and the effect of the war on them from time to time.

The Spanish withdrawal from Sahara and the Moroccan army's encroachment on the city of Saguia al-Hamra, these have confused Mauritania's plans, causing it to become politically and militarily embarrassed.

On the one hand, they are not prepared to give up their share of the legacy of Sahara.

On the other hand, its army was not up to the war adventure.

However, the Mauritanian administration's determination of the need to expedite the annexation of its share of the territory has opened the door to a new phase of conflict and mutual war.
