Abstract EN

The study aimed to identify the role of transformational leadership tools in the performance of enterprises, considering transformational leadership tools as an independent variable that was measured through four sub-dimensions represented in (ideal influence, intellectual advice, individual legality, empowerment), while the performance of enterprises is represented by the dependent variable.

The problem of the study was determined through a set of questions, the goal behind it was to identify the relationship and impact of transformational leadership tools on the performance of industrial facilities, in the light of which a set of hypotheses were formulated to diagnose the reality of transformational leadership tools in the performance of industrial facilities.

The researcher chose the Pepsi-Cola Company as a field of study.

Which were analyzed using the (spss) program.

The study reached a set of results, the most important of which is the acceptance of the study’s hypotheses, which confirm the existence of a relationship and an impact of transformational leadership tools on the performance of industrial facilities.

In addition to a set of results, in the light of which recommendations were formulated to diagnose the reality of transformational leadership tools and obstacles that act as obstacles and work to overcome them to increase the role of transformational leadership’s contribution to improving the performance of industrial facilities.
