Abstract EN

There is no era without phenomenon of behavioral deviances; the right of the serious nations is to address these behavioral deviances as it constitutes a way out to the straightforward life which threatens the structure and survival of society.

islam has paid attention to the phenomenon of behavioral deviances in diagnosing the malady, and prescribing the medication, our research pays attention to clarifying the behavioral deviances, its causes, types and consequences, and the eager need for addressing it in the light of the Holy Quran and gracious Sunna, therefore, it is entitled : (behavioral deviances and its impact on the nation).this research aims to introducing the behavioral deviances and highlighting its causes, types and way of addressing it, and its negative impacts on the nation.

thus, the researcher followed the descriptive analytic method, the research concluded to the findings and recommendations which benefit in this research.

the researcher concluded that the lack of religious awareness and non-adherence to the Islam teaching, which lead to the spread of behavioral deviances in the society, the behavioral deviances has negative impacts on the individual, society and the entire nation.

the Islamic approach has followed in addressing this phenomenon of behavioral deviances two approaches : the warning and guidance tract and addressing the minds and emissions to shun derivations, and tract of deterrence and punishment of deviants.
