Abstract EN

This article aims to address the rules of Dawah, elicited from Imam Ibn Battah Ala'kbari's books "Alibaanah Alkubra wa alsughra".

It also aims to spread his approach in contemporary issues of Dawah.

The study employs the deductive approach in extracting the rules of Dawah.

It concludes with a number of findings, the most important of which are : the rules of Dawah elicited from the abovementioned book are represented in f that guidance and goodness are in following and evil in bad innovation.

It is important to take the texts of revelations and giving them precedence over reasoning, visions, and habits so as not to neglect them.

It is also important to start with the most important rules that establish an important methodological matter in Dawah.

It is a major principle in the safety of Dawah from contradiction and defect, and a divine approach.

It is also related to Sunna, and a rule of adherence to the congregation and their Imam, rejecting division and contradiction.

This principle is necessary for the survival and continuity of society, and preachers must know what justifies and does not justify disagreement, and respect for the other opinion in issues in which there is no definitive text or definitive agreement.

The s status of divine scholars should be established in the hearts of people, trusting them and referring to them when problems and dilemmas arise.

Finally, facing extremism and radicalization is a contemporary necessity of life.
